1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During periods of high demand (such as sowing season), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We work with reputable courier and logistics partners to deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro & urban areas: 3–6 business days from dispatch.
- Semi-urban & rural areas: 5–9 business days from dispatch, depending on courier serviceability.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations: may take longer where courier coverage is limited; we will inform you if this applies to your order.
These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, local disruptions, or courier network delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Any applicable shipping fees, or free-shipping thresholds, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If your location falls outside our courier partners' delivery network, we will notify you at the time of order confirmation and offer alternative arrangements where possible.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its progress with our courier partner. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing window, please contact us.
6. Handling, Storage & Delivery Risk
Our agricultural and biological products are packed to preserve their quality and efficacy in transit. Once a shipment is delivered, proper storage and handling as per the instructions provided with your product become your responsibility. Exposure to heat, moisture, or improper storage after delivery can affect product performance, and GlowGreen BioTech cannot be held responsible for any reduction in efficacy resulting from such conditions.
While we take care in packaging every order, we are not liable for delays, damage, or losses caused by courier handling, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving such issues with our courier partners on your behalf.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number. We will coordinate with our courier partner to trace the shipment and keep you updated. In the rare event a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you on a replacement or refund in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
9. International Shipping
At this time, GlowGreen BioTech ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we encourage you to check back or contact us for updates on this.
